Device needs to be authorised

I have an i-phone and I have uninstalled and logged out numerous times, have tried over 5G when it does work with WIFI - I don't understand why this has happened so randomly ?!

 

Any advice what to do ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hi folks,

 

Turns out, not sure how, in mobile data options the Limit IP Address tracking had been activated and it ws that which stopped me accessing Sky and the BBC General website

 

Never seen that before, I was randomly looking at things, switched it off and bingo 

 

Sorry to waste people's time 😞
