I have just emailed the address you provided with the details of my issue. I had an online web chat with a Sky employee last Friday that didn't resolve the problem and was subsequently escalated, hopefully my two pronged approach will assist in getting Sky to look into this and provide a fix.

Mine was escalated, but nothing happened, even using the 'chat' bubble, communication stopped halfway, then was asked 'why I stopped'! Just going around in circles!

I've also now emailed Sky, regarding the app, let's see what they do, or don't do!

They phoned me. It is an issue with android phones and will be sorted in 48-72 hours. Other devices on SkyGo, like my laptop, still works. Gotta say I was impressed with the speed they came back to me.

Well, I'm still waiting for something to happen, regarding android devices, as I still can't get Sky Go app to work as it should!!

Annoyingly the My Sky app has just been updated on my Android tablet but still no sign of a Sky Go update!

I don't think that it's the Sky Go App that's the problem. V 26.1.1 was issued on 20th Feb and seemed to work until about a week ago. Also I was able to record using the Sky+ App until last week and that hasn't been updated for 10 years.

My understanding is that it's some settings at Sky's end that need to be fixed. 

People were told 3 days ago that it would be fixed in 48 to 72 hours - still waiting!

Seems that way, I've not heard from Sky regarding the ticket they raised about the issue, I was even promised a call back from them, but zilch. 😡
