I have just ordered multi room on sky Q and still I have no view recordings in Sky Go?

I have Sky Q, awaiting delivery of Mini but it shows the ticks on the Sky Q settings menu to say it's active

Does your account now show that you have multiscreen, if it does and it still isn't working tomorrow then post back here for further help.

Still the same today. App on iPad and iPhone do not show recordings, nothing in the settings of Sky Go to indicate I have a Sky Q box.

 

In the settings on my Sky Q bos I have 'Watch via Sky Go' with a tick and have 'Watch on Sky Q Mini Box' tick.

 

I honestly think my Sky Go is stuck on the fact that I had Sky Stream prior to getting Sky Q.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Okay guessing my account has been reset to try and correct this, it has worked for the MacOS app, on Sky Go I can now remote record and see recordings etc.

 

SkyGo on iOS still the same though 😐

iPad also is stuck like I have Sky Stream.

 

The MacOS SkyGo app just worked, showed connected to SkyQ box and I can set recordings and watch the recordings.
