Can't download to ipad or phone

I see others have had this problem but I cannot figure out the device pin thing!

I have clicked the links and still can't find anywhere to put in a device pin..

I can download to my laptop no problem and I can stream on my ipad and phone. Not taking laptop on holiday tho!

I have Sky stream.

Any help would be much appreciated

If you are being asked to setup a pin then you should be able to do so here:

I was confused because I had to put my pin into the tv not so long ago  because I was having a problem, and I don't have any parental controls set up.

Also it gives you the impression that you have to change the pin.........

Just put in the original pin and all seems to be working now 🤞

I find the whole Sky thing very clunky and not in the least user friendly,

I also have this problem with brand new Ipad . Pin reset in SKY box . can stream on ipad but asks for pin if I try to download . Otherl sites like BBC Iplayer download. My Lap top also downloads from SKy app .Spoke to tech support but despite many efforts couldnt solve issue

Have you tried the link I posted earlier in this topic as that is where you can setup a Sky Go pin.

thanks its not a pin issue as I reset the pin and the sky app downloads on lap top without any issues this is a problem with getting downlosads to work with an Apple product specifically wher it says it needs the pin set up even though it is set up and working on other devices
