My chat was closed due to my Sky ID being reset, afraid this still hasn't fixed the issue!

This still hasn't been resolved, I still have Sky Stream bills each month. It shows I have -£29 owed but they haven't closed the account which I'm guessing is why Sky Go still doesn't show a Sky Q box!

If somebody could please flag it would be appreciated.

 

So it appears that they managed to stop my Sky Stream services but the account has not been closed and it is sitting with £29 credit!?

So to be clear, you had Sky Stream and then changed to Sky Q and you have a credit on the account ?

Exactly that, it was showing that I was still being billed for Sky Kids on Stream even though I had cancelled and changed to Sky Q. They fixed it so I was no longer being billed for Sky Kids on Stream and I was assured the account was closed. I still can't access my Sky Q box on Sky Go so checked this morning. Each month my Sky Stream account is producing a £29 credit statement so clearly it has not been closed and hence why my Sky Go is still appearing how it would it if I were a Stream customer

this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
