Sky go mobile app record feature

Hi i have the multiple room subscription pack on the sky go but the sky go app i installed on my android phone does not have the record feature like my friends one does.  I have uninstalled and turned off the phone and downloaded again but there is no option to record any program on my dky go app to my sky q box.

At the top of the TV Guide have you made sure that "Record to Sky box" is selected ?

Hi @Ste79   Have you connected to the Sky Q box at home, while still on the same LAN? Sometimes this is required before it allows you to remote record. The fact that you reinstalled it, may have broken that link. Or are you at home.

Hi @Ste79   What do you see if you select a channel? As you can (when the image appears) all the (R) appear on the next screen.

Hi i paired the sky q box to my phone and now it says its connected for audio vet theres justno option to record or any R button.  I've reinstalled the app but there is just no record option.  Thanks for all your suggestions

I'm sure it does but I can't say for sure via your image but is there an internet connection on your device ?

Are you on a Wifi or mobile data network and have you tried a reboot of your phone ?
