The Sky Go app won't load on my Macbook Pro (Ihave latest Mac OS 15 Sequoia) the app loads and then goes completely blank/ I get a black screen!

A private chat was started but there was no response within 48 hours so it has automatically closed.

I have a Macbook Air (running macOS: Sequoia 15.2) and I can't even install Sky Go.
The compatibility matrix suggests that Sky Go only works on iOS (i.e. iPhones and iPads) - yet you were indicating that it should work on a Maacbook Pro. Please would you dm me too.
Alternatively, is there another way to access Sky services remotely?

Sky Go App will not connect for me running Sequoia 15.2. It won't even open - nothing- zilch!
I have only just changed to a newer Mini Mac because Sky warned that my previous Mac Computer ran a now obselete operating system that could not be updated and would no longer supported by Sky Go. So, I have the most up to date Mac OS and Sky Go does not work at all. I am very unhappy. I have had no response from Sky. I called 'Technical Help' and they had no idea how to assist. I want to join a private discussion!
It seems from the vast arry of posts across many discussions that there are major issues for Mac OS Sequoia users and the Sky Go App. Please Sky, communicate with your customers and solve the Sky Go App and Mac OS Sequoia user issues...

I'm having the same problem on my Macbook Pro. it's been temperamental for the last 6-9 months, but today, it simply won't open, even after a reboot.
Any advice?

It looks like a lot of us continue to have the same or similar issues trying to use Sky Go.
The idea of Sky Go would be perfect for me as I work away from home a lot - I just can't get it to work.
Has anyone had a private chat that resolved the issue? If so, it would be helpful if the solution was posted in the open forum.
If a solution still hasn't been found, I'd be happy to join a private chat to get it resolved.
I look forward to hearing from someone.

If people are having issues with 15.2, then I guess I will have no chance on 15.3. I start the app, and it fails straight away.....
