When we first got sky-I could watch live tv and recordings on my iPad. Now I can't. Have tried removing my device and have unplugged sky box and plugged it in again-but that didn't work. It just says that my device is registering and to try later or contact sky customer service. Can anyone please help? It's been going on for months now. Thanks

Assume you have the Sky Q Monthly Multiscreen subscription as this is required to connect Sky Go devices to the Q box.
