I can no longer watch using my Sky Go App on Mac; recieving error code: PFE 9001

- Clicking to watch anything produces error code: PFE 9001
Troubleshooting:
- Restarted app; error persisted
- Removed app; error persisted
- Removed from application support; error persisted
- Removed from preferences; error persisted
- Removed from cache; error persisted
- Turned of connection to Sky Q box; error persisted
- No VPN; error persisted
- Cisco Player not present; error persisted

Chip: Apple M1 Pro
Memory: 32 GB
Mac OS: Ventura
iOS
Sky go works perfectly fine on iOS on the same network.
Please advise of next steps to troubleshoot.
