Apple TV + offer - not on MySky app?

Hi all,

I've had an email recently offering me Apple TV+ for free for 6 months (a fairly common offer I know...) 

however, in order to activate it, the email asks me to go to the MySky app - fine, no issue with that......but when I go to that app, the offer isn't there?!!?

can anyone help me to activate this offer based on the issue above??

How recently did you receive this email as the offer itself has now finished and did so a few weeks ago, had you claimed it by now then you will have had to 7th July to get it activated on your account.

The email was delivered on the 6th June...

So you needed to have claimed this via the app by close of play on that date.

I,ve just received an email from Sky reminding me to register for 6 months free Apple TV+ by July 7th.

However ,I redeemed my Apple TV+ offer last December and my 6 months free ran out on June 10th.

Have I been offered another 6 months or ,is it as I suspect, an error?

I suspect it is an error as I think the email is being targeted as those who have not yet redeemed it after claiming it via the app. Have you tried setting it up again ?

Must be an error as the redeem codes are the same for July2023 and December 2022.

I'm not going to try to redeem the offer again as it could cause me problems.

I originally accessed the offer vie the Giveaway section in the My Sky app
