Sky Go stuck at sign in?…

Hi,

 

Sky Go just freezes at the login screen, name and password correct but when you hit sign in the box just greys out and it won't connect (still let's you edit name and password after hitting sign in but no connection)... Any help greatfully recieved please, it's going my head in!

Have you tried rebooting the device it is installed on ?
