When does the offer end?

How do I redeem the offer?

• Head to the VIP section of the My Sky app.
• Scroll down and tap the Giveaways tile
• Select 'Get an Apple TV+ 6-month free trial' tile
• Follow the instructions!

Having trouble?

The My Sky app has frozen on a page that says “One moment while we look up your offer details”.

Close the My Sky app and download the Apple TV app on your phone or tablet. Then go back to the Apple TV+ giveaway in the My Sky app and click the link to restart the activation of your trial.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, go to the email you got confirming the giveaway and click the link there.

I’ve activated my free trial on my Android device but then I can’t play Apple TV+ content.

If you’ve clicked your unique link in the My Sky app and then activated your trial successfully, you’ll be taken to the Apple TV+ homepage. You can't watch anything here as you’re still in the My Sky app. Close the My Sky app and sign in on your Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream.

I’ve redeemed the offer in the My Sky App but I can’t activate the trial.

Other common fixes

• Close the My Sky app, download the Apple TV app on your phone/tablet. Then, go back to the Apple TV+ Giveaway tile in the My Sky app and click the link to restart the activation of the trial.

• Go to the email you got confirming the Giveaway and click the link there.

• Already got an Apple TV+ subscription? Visit the website from your mobile device or laptop displayed right hand side of the QR code. Enter the code displayed on the screen generated by your Sky Q box. Enter your Apple id and password. Once done the app will refresh itself then you'll be logged in automatically on the Sky Q box.

How to cancel

1. Open the Apple TV+ app on your Sky Q or Sky Glass, or say “Apple TV+” into your voice remote.

2. Navigate to the Settings tab.

3. Select Accounts.

4. Select Manage Subscription.

5. Select Apple TV+.

6. Select Cancel Subscription, then tap Confirm. After you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
