I am trying to log in to my Sky Go app on Apple TV and get taken to a screen saying 'You email address has not been verified' and a QR code. The QR code does not work.
I have tried resetting the password, uninstalling and reinstalling but no joy. This is on the Apple TV box (not a MAC)
I have seen others have had some success with contacting via here so I am hoping someone can help

So I had a brilliant customer service advisor (who spent 45 minutes trying to solve the issue) and she managed it.
When the account was set up the Sercurity Questions option for password reset was not added to my account. The agent added this option with my over the telephone and as soon as it was done the app started working on the Apple TV box. This has to be done over the phone and not online.
To see if you have the questions set up
- log on to Sky.com on a computer (not the app)
- Select your profile (top right) and My Details
- Select Manage Sky ID and then Edit Password
If the option for Security Question is blanked out/ won't let you select then you will need to call and ask someone to get them set up for you. This will solve the issue
