Sky Go App on PC starts, checking for updates and nothing is happening

Hello,

I have a porblem with my Sky Go App on my Wndows 10 PC. I can open the app and it starts to search for updates, but finds none. After that it´s just the blue screen with the sky logo. 

I already tried to reinstall the app several times (and delete the cache etc.), my graphics driver and windows 10 is up to date. 

Anti virus programms or different programs are deactivated, still no solution. 

Thanks for any help! 

The problem occurs since a couple of months, i´m rarely using sky on my pc, only for F1 if i don´t watch it on TV. (sorry for the bad english, it´s my second language)
