Hi, I upgraded to sky go extra a few days ago, and it worked fine for a couple of days, however, I went to sign in today and it says that I need sky go extra to be able to watch it, bit I do have it and have the email that says I do. Does anyone know how to fix it?

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
