On my sky go app mobile phone, the recordings icon has disappeared from the app. Can you no longer look at your recordings from the sky q box.

@Chazzers1 go settings in app and check that your Sky Q box is connected. toggle the switch on and off . Also you do have multiroom subs?

You should be able to access your recording if you have got a multiscreen subscription on your account.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.

I have a multiroom subscription, the recording symbol on the sky go app has disappeared. Very frustrating as I had it an found it great always using it to watch my recordings

Have you tried rebooting your Q box and the device with the Sky Go app on ?

Yes did it twice, reinstall the app still no recordings symbol on app

@Chazzers1 You need to be on the same wifi network to record or see recording from Sky q

Yea the wifi is the same, can't understand when the recordings symbol was on the app an now it's not

Did you ever get this sorted?
Am having the same issue since last November
Sky Q box cannot be found 😪
But the older Sky + app can see the Sky Q box 🤔

Tried all of that, even re set the sky mini q box. Still no joy with it.

@Chazzers1 are you using wifi or 4G? also are you in the same house as your Q box
