On my sky go app mobile phone, the recordings icon has disappeared from the app. Can you no longer look at your recordings from the sky q box.

I have a multiroom subscription, the recording symbol on the sky go app has disappeared. Very frustrating as I had it an found it great always using it to watch my recordings

Yes did it twice, reinstall the app still no recordings symbol on app

Yea the wifi is the same, can't understand when the recordings symbol was on the app an now it's not

Did you ever get this sorted?
Am having the same issue since last November
Sky Q box cannot be found 😪
But the older Sky + app can see the Sky Q box 🤔
