In the same house with the sky q an using the same wifi that's linked with the box.

@Chazzers1 do you get a meassage cant find Q box? and then a contiune button? press the contiune button

The message I get is you must be connected to a sky q box to see your recordings. Search again

Yea on the app an also on the box. Very frustrating when I had it in November

@Chazzers1 try deactvating both from q box and sky go app and restart all

@Chazzers1 What device are you having an issue with?
The below is my scenario
The following devices in my house connect successfully to Sky Go to view recordings
- iPad
- iPhone7/iPhone8
The following devices in my house DO NOT connect successfully to Sky Go to view recordings
- Samsung S10 Android phone
- Samsung A51 Android phone
Android related isue for me - no closer to the fix
Have even tried changing advanced settings on the wifi network on my phone from randomised mac to device mac (it worked for another user on this forum)
Also have tried testing different Channels on the router that my wifi network is broadcasting on
Channel 1/6/11 recommended on the 2.4Ghz frequency - makes no difference 😪
Sky are not acknowledging the issue so it doesnt seem to be in the development pipeline so unlikely to be resolved by a new App drop anytime soon
Still hopeful of someone providing a solution on here 😀

Samsung S20, now I have lost the recordings symbol from the app will all my trying to resolve it 😤

@Chazzers1 if you switch from portrait to landscape mode you will see the recordings tab again

Got it sorted thanks a mill, it actually rectified itself happy days. I can watch my recordings now on my phone while hubby can watch his darts on the TV 😂😂.

********** UPDATE **********
The Android 11 update became available for Samsung S10 devices in my region this morning
Once i completed this version upgrade I was able to connect to the Sky Q box successfully .......😄 😄

Done uninstalls - reinstalls - same version of app on phone and tabklet and same version of android but cant watch q recordings on phone but can on tablet go figure!

@VIRTUAL-ALAN - i have same issue
Orginally thought Andoid 11 update had solved the problem with phone connectivity to Sky Go
On Android 11 it NEVER worked on my Phone
now sometimes it connects to Sky Q box and sometimes it doesnt
connectivity is random
no change made by me from when it works or doesnt work which does not seem to make sense 🤔🤔🤔
