Still working fine on iPhone so I have to look on recordings on iPhone then search for the program on ipad which then allows me to watch program

The old Sky+ app detects the Sky Q Box

The Sky Go app does NOT detect the Sky Q Box so recordings are not available

Samsung Galaxy S21 Android phone

Sky have advised this is not their problem to fix
