After recent iOS update can no longer see recordings on iPhone or iPad, I have multi room subscription, have deleted app & reinstalled, signed out/back in again, can set a recording from both devices and download to connect to Sky Q box. Recordings icon is showing on iPhone but not on iPad, reset both devices - now run out of options to get it working again.

Been having just this problem. Read the tread to the final post, then switched back to the App an miraculously the app came up with Sky box found and the recordings reappeared.

I have the same problem - no 'recordings' tab. Just disappeared. I can send a record request to the Q box and it gets there ok and you can see it on the TV OK, but no way to see it on the iPad. No indication of whether it's connecting to the Q box although obviously it is. The FAQ says to check the iPad Settings but Sky Go isn't listed in the settings. Same on 2 different iPads and an iPhone. Checked the Q box settings. Rebooted everything and redownloaded several times but nothing helps.

I have the same issue. Works, then next time it doesn't. Constantly deleting app, rebooting, reinstalling....
Getting fed up with it now as we are paying enough for Sky. Come on Sky, get it sorted!

Hi all
2 - Ensure that you don't have a VPN in use on the device? If you do, please turn this off and check to see if Sky Go connects to the Sky Q box. VPN in use Y/N?
3 - Confirm you have Multiscreen subscription? Y/N
4 - Within the Sky Go app, check that you have "Connect to Sky Q box" setting set to "ON" Y/N?

1. Sky Go toggle is ON for Local Network.
2. We have a mini box working in the kitchen so OK for multi screen.
3. "Connect to sky Box" is ON on the Q box
I only have 4 tabs across the bottom of the iPad screen - no "recordings" tab.
Following an email from the Sky App helpline I downloaded the TestFlight Beta version but this has made no difference. Same problem on 2 iPads and iPhone. A real nuisance as we used it a lot and considering that Sky have just jacked up our subscription by about 6 times the rate of inflation fr no improvement in services it's a real annoyance that they've still not fixed it.

Hey
I have had ongoing issues with Sky Go since last october
The below is what i received 2 months ago
I am on the Beta App
I have intermittent connectivity - it sometime works but usually doesnt and nothing changes
alwyas on the right network for it to work
And yes - annual subscription increase and no interest in sorting this issue which affects loads of people for months
Am on Android phone which i thought was part of the compatibility issue but it looks like Apple products are also affected......
