Box Sets

I do not seem to be able to access the box sets option on my sky glass menu

Box sets aren't really a concept on Sky Glass because everything on demand is integrated and discoverable through the menus. 

What show are you looking for? Try saying it into the voice search and it should take you straight to that show page. Or try "comedy shows" or "Sky Atlantic shows" to find them. 

Or the TV Shows tab at the top of home is also a good way to discover shows and if you go down you should be able to find buttons for the key Sky channels to see what's on demand on those.

I was looking for Bradley Walsh Cosmic Code which does come up but I was unable to watch any of the box set. It just showed it starting this evening.

In your voice remote say 'Cosmic code'

That will find it, it's available to download now for S1 e1, 2 and 3

Its on Sky History channel to watch at 9 pm today.

Hi, I tried that yesterday and it showed me it was available at 9:00pm today but did not show it as available to watch. Have not tried it today but maybe it is not available until the first episode has been shown? You say available to download, but you do not download anything with Sky Glass!

@DB68 I've checked mine and just above "On this week" are thumbnails for three episodes, all of which are available to play now by pressing select on them.

If you're not seeing this, can you confirm if you're on the Essential TV or Ultimate TV package? Can you watch Sky History live on channel 115?

I am seeing that this evening, but they did not appear yesterday. Thanks for your help with this issue.
