SkyGlass not working.

My sky glass is only coming up with HD channels only. When I try to view anything I'm told I don't have an HD subscription and need to upgrade.

Totally gutted,Little Man has now missed In the Night Garden!!

Me too.ITV,BBC 4 and GBNews so far.

Can view via SkyGo.But not on TV via puck.

All these posts need to be merged. It's another outage, lots of us are suffering the same issue

• I turned on tge Sky puck thus evening and could not watch BBC ONE EAST because of a subscription upgrade blocking message. Re booted tge puck now BBC ONE EAST has a blank screen but other Freeview channels work. Puck turned off and I amusing tge terrestrial aerial.

Same here. Did wonder at first if news was going behind a paywall but BBC News as well makes no sense... Anyone at Sky looking at this?

I have just tried to watch Sky news, BBC news, BBC Parliament and GB NEWS but I am being told I need to upgrade my subscription. I go to "My Sky" and no option is given. These are standard Freeview channels so I certainly am not going to pay for them so it all seems most strange

When we select 101 we get an error message saying we need to upgrade. All other channels work fine.

Have you tried pulling the plug for a few minutes then plugging back in

It was fine until an hour ago. 

I have reboot the puck with no joy, all other channels are fine.

This is definitely another major outage. I am so loyal to sky, but this is getting crazy

Same issue but with quite a few other channels. Done all the restart stuff but no joy.
