This after six days outage....what a mess.   I spoke to a tech at Sky after a 35 min wait.  Tried to help but accepted that it is nationwide outage.

Resetting ran up against prob with accessing the IP on the router - despite software downloads to the puck happening!  Fixed that myself by unplugging the ethernet cable from the puck and running via WiFi.   Puck wouldn't link via WiFi before giving the same IP error.

What do you mean by not working and as you have posted in the Sky Go forum is it on Sky Go that you are having issues ?

Having similar isses with Discovery - says I am not subscribed, also cannot connect to ITV., Have restarted Sky Stream puck but made no difference

I've lost all channels except for the UHD sport channels. Ironic really, the standard free channels I'm not subscribed to, but the premium channels work!

As a workaround ITV player works if you want to watch Emmerdale!

Also getting "you need to upgrde your subscription" on numerous chanels - the majority of which are free to view!

Only had this sky puck since 13th September - paid for Sky ultimate inc Netflix, Sky sports, TNT Sports - first payment went out today.  Knew I should have cancelled DDM.

All the issues we had last weekend, it keeps losing internet connection (even though my router is in the same roon & less than 4 metres away + tablet & phones NEVER lost connection), and now this issue!!

I have made some misjudgements in my life but subcribing to this crappy sky stream beats them all!

I've got Whole Home and it's affecting both pucks, so not a puck issue.

All channels work fine if you have Sky Go though.

Assume throough sheer weight of affected subscribers that this will be fixed soon.

My BBC 1 was saying I had to upgrade to get it. I read on here lots of others having the same issue and to try turning on and off at the mains. I have done that and now just have a black screen where BBC1 should be. Any help???
