When I choose to watch BBC1 on Sky Glass the screen is blank and a message at the top says I need to upgrade my package to watch this channel. All other channels load properly.

Sky Diamond Customer.

Was the blank screen during adverts a couple of weeks ago, turned sky glass tv off downstairs and turned puck on to watch same channel upstairs to be told on screen must subscribe. 
Got a few channels just black screen but the madness is Quest Red works but not Quest HD.

cant get through to Sky as they are very busy and from the amount of people on here commenting I can see why.

Sky happy to take a lot of money each month but an aware of this problem when ringing them and constant problems with Sky Glass not good enough.

I pulled the plug and power cycled. Now it doesn't even let me select the entertainment channels 🤣 if you type the numbers manually it does nothing.

This afternoon my Glass demands that I upgrade my account to receive the very news channels I was watching earlier in the day. Of course I am already paying a fortune to Sky and am not prepared to pay any more. I believe it must be yet another error with Glass, and did the usual turning off and on again. Didn't work. Not going to reboot the whole system as other people are using internet etc so if it's not fixed tomorrow will have to try and get hold of Sky.

Is anyone else experiencing problems? It's not an app like Discovery + and there is no way to know what they really want, or what the real problem is. Really, really find Glass tedious and miserable to use.

Seems it is a national problem. I can only access a very limited number of channels. How do I contact sky to get this rectified?
