Hi,
Hope it's ok to ask this. Just had Sky Glass Gen 2 delivered yesterday and got it all set up. I have kept the packaging for now untill I've asked this question. But do I need to keep the orginaling packaging during the warranty period or is it safe to dispose of it?

- Choose a day for us to come collect your item(s).
- Before your collection day, get your item(s) ready.
- We’ll sort the rest. From packaging everything up to taking it away.

So I would imagine they come with return packaging and do it all for you 👍
But to be safe I'd wait for some first hand stories which will hopefully follow from other members.
