Its also quite unfortunately feasible you can't.
Which would mean if you subscribe to MUTV directly you wouldn't be able to view the channel on the Sky streaming platform, typically for additional paid services for the sky streaming platform it requires some automated backend process to link your Sky account with the third party account ( i.e how it works for the likes of Disney +, Netflix etc), however as the MUTV app isn't available as an app on the sky streaming platform its quite possible that level of backend integration just doesn't exist.
