Hi,
Hope it's ok to ask this. Just had Sky Glass Gen 2 delivered yesterday and got it all set up. I have kept the packaging for now untill I've asked this question. But do I need to keep the orginaling packaging during the warranty period or is it safe to dispose of it?

- Choose a day for us to come collect your item(s).
- Before your collection day, get your item(s) ready.
- We’ll sort the rest. From packaging everything up to taking it away.

So I would imagine they come with return packaging and do it all for you 👍
But to be safe I'd wait for some first hand stories which will hopefully follow from other members.

I'll read that as the same, they will pacgage it up if it needs to go back for what ever reason. I thought Id' check just in case as some companies have insiated in the past
