For customers who requested a Hybrid LB when ordering Sky Q
When a Sky engineer done the install and Sky provided the Hybrid they used the 6 Way Hybrid LNB
That 4 way hybrid lnb was not used by Sky engineers in Republic of Ireland

@Paul+Boland
An Irish engineer named Denil developed the first `baffle` fishway, in 1908 in the Republic of Ireland. Baffle fishways consist of a straight sloping channel fitted with specific geometrically shaped deflectors
which cause helical currents to be developed thus dissipating the energy in the flow and reducing
velocities in a relatively large main through channel. The energy is very effectively and continuously
dissipated along the entire length of the pass. Fish can then swim straight up them provided that their
swimming capabilityis adequate

@Paul+Boland If you requested an Hybrid LNB you get what you asked for but if you specifically asked for a ELO10 then you will see it's manufactured by Sky and not the generic one you posted
Sky's smart Hybrid LNB EL010 @bob1234 is correct maybe @Godfrey can explain why it's known as the smart LNB
I'm sure whatever both of them tell you they are right.

Sky discontinued the ELO10 Smart LNB a good few years ago
My photo was just to show what a 6 way Hybrid LNB looked like
They are made by a few companies

Quite a few EL010 on houses in the Republic of Ireland, I would think, given that it was the only hybrid available for the first 4 years or so.
