Ours are the same no bbc channels had to watch through iplayer. Definitely getting sick of this hubby threatening to cancel .

If you watch something on Netflix for 5 minutes the tv guide is usually there when you come back. Shouldn't have to do this though. Its absolute rubbish!

I don't think your the only one tonight. My wife was sulking big time and I just searched on safari on the off chance and came across this

Refreshing apps in Stettins may help, and most channels are gradually returning.  The most infuriating issues are the inept assistance bot and the inability of Sky to find someone, anyone, who can simply write a statement on the website which says, "we know there's a problem and we're sorry"..

Had this a couple of months ago, Your program is loading... Then nothing, ui version 3.33.0 here

I seem to have found a work around. Im using my ipad to use airplay to stream sky go via my ipad onto sky glass while trying fix the sky glass issue
