Tv channels not loading

Our neighbours were having similar issues with Virgin Tv last night.  Strange this is happening to Sky today 🤔

My tv guide has now reappeared but still no darts channel 😠

Main channels not loading on sky glass done reboot on tv and router made no difference 

Netflix and prime seem ok at present

Service checker saying there is a problem with streaming tv, may take a couple of hours to sort!

I switched on the Sky Glass TV this afternoon and the option to watch live TV / access the TV guide has completely disappeared. I've tried restarting several times with no success. Anyone seen this issue before? 

Sky glass seems seems to have constant problems. Wish we never changed to it.

We are using BBC iplayer to watch repair shop live and that is working fine. I wanted to watch the darts but that isn't going to happen 😡

Same here, the situation has deteriorated tonight, but it started about two days ago, with intermittent "please wait scenario", now there is no banner for live programmes, restarted and reset to but no improvement
