Re: Speech out of sync on Sky glass
Watching the darts last night (on non updated puck) and all was good gor a change. Watching the F1 sprint this morning on a different non updated puck and lost sync within about 30 mins, channel change fixed as normal.
Our glass tv has had the update and not seen any issues so far which is very promising.

Re: Speech out of sync on Sky glass
This is an on going issue with my sky stream. Never had the problem with the Virgin equivalent. Paying top dollar to watch live sports and have moments spoilt

Re: Speech out of sync on Sky glass
Presumably not if the issue is still ongoing. Given I'm paying top dollar it does make the lower cost alternatives very attractive. A company like Sky should not be having this problem with a flagship

@Mrsjulie Hopefully your issue is now sorted but you posted in the last couple of days that you had been updated and it had made no difference? It seems to have been successful for most others. In my case I am waiting for the Stream pucks to be updated but they have not started the rollout for the pucks yet.

Re: Speech out of sync on Sky glass
Unfortunately it's not fixed.
I watched the F1 sprint this morning, and when it come to the after race interviews the sync was out by about 1 second.
The usual audio before the video issue.
I'm on QS035.010.00P which I'm assuming is the new version as I'm now seeing the option to watch TV via the antenna which was never possible, which suggests the TV has been updated.
I'd say it's an improvement, over the usual 2-3 second delay, but it's certainly not fixed.

That could be an issue with the actual f1 feed ..... I know there was some lip sync issues with the tv feed on both stream and Q in the last f1 race

Re: Speech out of sync on Sky glass
- I've had this issue since getting sky glass last year. I'm on version QS035.010.00P and still have sync issues. Would not recommend getting sky glass to ANYONE until sky sort their issues. I've been a customer for a very long time and am looking to switch supplier as I am paying for a service that is not fit for purpose and sky don't really seem to care.

Are you using a separate sound system or the glass tv speakers ?

@AndyCairns I have been looking at your posts on the forum and have not seen any that are particularly helpful or constructive, just moaning. With a track record like that why on earth would you want to criticise other posters who are using up their own time to try and help others?
