Sky pick not working white flashing light

Hi there I'm trying to connect my sky pick to another tv and it's telling me no signal with the power light on the puck flashing then turning off.

Hi @Angie53 

 

You will need to follow all the steps in this help article, namely the recovery process:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck

 

If that doesn't work you will need to speak to Sky to arrange a replacement.
