My sky glass will not connect to the wifi it says its connected to the broadban router but no connection to the internet. I habe tried unplughing the wifi and plugging it back in. I have also tried resetting the wifi and turning the tv on and off again.

Hi @Amy2002 I find the following procedure normally connects my puck back to the internet so presumably it will be the same for Glass.
Put Glass to Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV and router. Leave for a couple of minutes and the plug your router back in and wait for it to completely finish rebooting. Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it will hopefully have connected to the internet.
Good luck.
