@SheilaRichards   You can't request this through a public forum, no one would even know who you are.

 

1) You can order a replacement from Amazon: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/damaged-or-lost-sky-glass-remote

2) You can order a replacement from Sky under warranty: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote

3) Or you can call Sky Customer Service to order a replacement.

In the meantime, if you still have any Sky Q kit, you can pair your Q remote.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

My grandson was playing with the remote and went down toilet wont work so had no v for 2 days now so so sorry need a new one  asap

This thread is playing out like some garbage TV show where the same joke is repeated over and over!

 

I've said it before and I'll say it again - there needs to be a big banner at the top of the 'New Discussion' page that states this is a customer to customer forum, not a Sky customer service forum - you're not talking to Sky.

 

If your product (in this case a forum) is causing confusion, something is wrong with how you've implemented it. 

As many others have already said - see the answer in post 3 for details of getting a replacement remote. Also, there's always plenty to be found on eBay.
