Sky glass tv damaged

Sky glass Tv damaged and need a replacement

@Scottmonty  is it still in warranty, if not you will need to claim on your house insurance and purchase a replacement at full cost

Damaged in what way?  (As warranty may not cover)

For example accidental damage isn't covered

@Scottmonty If you've damaged it then warranty will not cover it. You would need to claim on your home contents insurance or Sky Protect policy if you have them.

Not damaged by ourselves the screen has just gone all to pot in the one corner

Ok, you'll need to call Sky to start the repair process.

 

Glass TV's have 2 year warranty I believe.

@Scottmonty As it's less than two years old then you should be covered under the warranty. You will need to ring Sky to talk about it with them.
