Software error. Cannot get anything to work, even after reset.

Re: Sky glass software error
There isn't a lot of information to go off there. Please can you describe the issue in as much detail as possible. Are you setting Sky Glass up for the first time or is this an existing set up? When you say reset, do you mean powered off at the mains or a factory reset etc
The forum is made up of fellow subscribers (not Sky customer service) and we have encountered most issues, but we need to understand exactly what your issue is.

@EmmaCharlotte have you tried the following steps?
1. Switch the device into standby
2. Unplug it for 10 minutes
3. Plug it back in
4. Leave the device powered on for 30 minutes
5. After 30 minutes put the device back into standby
6. Switch it off at the plug
7. Wait 60 seconds
8. Switch if back on at the plug
9. Press the home button on the remote
10. The device will boot up and you will see the Sky logo on the screen
