SUBTITLES
Why does my Sky Glass TV keeping loosing subtitles when they are available on other TVs in the house.
I rely on subtiles becasue of poor hearing and freqently have to use the TV in the other room when the news is on.
Why do subtitles not work when I want to watch something in my playlist, when I have watched the same programme "live" and it has had subtitles?

Re: SUBTITLES
Because if the on-demand show is on one of the streaming apps e.g BBC IPlayer you need to turn the subtitles on in the IPlayer app.
Live channels and the sky on-demand content will use the Glass subtitles settings (so if that is on in the Glass settings subtitles will be on) but the third party apps all have their own subtitling system which needs to be turned on in each app.
