Sky Glass 55inch Build QS023.010.00P Software update in progress 2 days

Any suggestions from the community please? We have had glass for 5 weeks + 1 puck which were both great.Glass running directly via Ethernet and puck initially installed via Ethernet speeds in excess of 129MBS via ethernet and wifi excess of 500MBS. Clicked software update and since had issue after issue blue screen / loading programme / changing channel / turning off / voice control not working / tv not coming on when sensing movement. We've done the manual reset after the two days thanks to the community comments Build now reads QS024.011.00P😀 Fingers crossed Glass is now  ok. However all the same issues with the puck which is reading the older build reference. Any ideas on how to resolve?
