Sky glass - picture keep freezing, glitching or going static

Does anyone have an issue with their sky glass whereby it freezes or has static going over the screen. The remote won't respond when this happens you have to turn of the TV at the wall and start again again.

 

Our WiFi is fine, there is nothing near the TV that is causing this.

 

Has anyone else had this issue? What can I do?

 

I've kept reporting it... In the end they gavee a new TV and this one does the same too. Sometimes x3 in the day.

As it's happened to multiple TVs it's likely to be a local issue.

 

Have you tried using an Ethernet cable and disabling the WiFi in the settings as a test to  see if it improves the situation?

@Phil26485  This does sound like wifi interference, who supplies your broadband, where is the hub in relation to the TV?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
