My sky glass is down also!! It's saying my broadband is fine but Wi-Fi is showing an issue, I thought Wi-Fi and broadband was the same thing!!

Same here in Bedford. No Sky Glass channels will load, but Netflix etc does and my laptop, so WiFi working, just not the TV. Have tried rebooting several times now to no avail.

@Shellyb75 Wi-Fi and broadband are different things

 

Broadband essentially covers the service from outside your property to your router/hub.

 

WiFi refers to your home network. Internet coverage doesn't have to be picked up by connecting to a WiFi signal, you can plug in your an Ethernet cable which bypasses the WiFi. WiFi is essentially all internal to your property.

Thank you! I'm useless when it comes to technology! 
I've had full fibre fitted recently and it's been working fine until this morning! Everything else is connected except sky glass

It's so annoying! I've tried all the fix the problems and nothing, you tube and Netflix are working but no bbc or sky channels!

SKY Glass Error messages

Getting messages this morning such as “please wait for the programme to load” and "There is a technical fault with this programme, please try later. Rebooted but to no avail. Really annoying. Will have to spend 30 minutes on hold trying to call SKY, terrible customer service
