Same here, I was watching paramount then it suddenly stopped working. Says loading on all live TV channels, BBCI player and Netflix work but no other apps do. Ive tried rebooting the router, restarting the tv, un plugged in, plugged back in. No matter what I do nothing is working. 

Seeing this makes me wonder if there is an outage but the service checker says its all good 😕

I have the same issue, Sky and broadband service reporting all ok. I have some random American channels

Online checks are rubbish

I'm having trouble with my Sky streaming this morning. Broadband seems to be ok as I am using other devices on it. TV just tells me there has been a technical failt with the channel. This occurs on every channel as well as all streaming apps via the puck. Upon checking my services via my Sky app, it says all is fine, despite the router and puck being unplugged from the mains! I did this to prove the tests are no good. Can anyone shed any light on what's happening this morning?

Only iPlayer working as of this morning

Hi all, as of this morning for some reason my sky stream will not play anything other than BBC iPlayer - no live TV and no other apps. Service checker says everything is fine, internet is working fine, and I've tried unplugging the puck.

Seems to be a problem this morning with the linear channels on Sky Stream and Sky Glass as you and I have noticed this morning.

 

I have combined many of the posts from Sky Stream and Sky Glass into this single thread one.

Have not seen any response to this yet from Sky.

 

Will flag Sky in our closed area, but I'm sure they are aware already.

 

Will for now mark this as the answered list until any Sky announcement on the issue.

 

update: The linear channels look to be back now. Let's hope it's fixed...
