I'd appreciate some help on this (or similar) issue.  Sky Stream connected via good Wi-Fi signal without issue until this am.  No live tv. Apps, tv guide etc all available but live programmes won't load.  Tried resetting / power off / power on but no joy.

Same no Sky Glass rebooted router (another provider), done broadband speed test that fine. Can only load Youtube from apps.  South Yorkshire.

Same here too. Can't load any TV channels. Rebooted. Still not working.

Checked the broadband and everything is fine!! All devices are working except sky glass!!  I've turned the tele off via the plugs and still nothing!! 
it's saying there's a problem with my Wi-Fi

Getting the same, only channels I can get are higher channels, no BBC, itv, or any of the regular channels. Oddly the puck in partners room showing everything, what is going on?  Have Sky Glass

I have internet but skyglass not working. I can see programmes via BBC Iplayer. I'm quite new to sky - looking at the posts this seems to be a regular thing !!!

Same here in SW London. Usual non response from Sky. Reboot done, WiFi reboot done, nothing loading.
