Been off since early hours and still not back on

Once recovered playlist and apps are there so you shouldnt loose anything. Reports they you will have to set favourite channels up again (I never use them) and need to change puck output back to UHD (if applicable).

Still issue with pin entry, changed pin and still not working, has anybody found away around this? Reset sky puk many a time

The sky.com/activate site isn't working for me to put in the code

When mine does start the process where do i get the activation code as i have not been able to link my email to my sky id since getting the tv so i have no way of knowing this code?

Try going to www.sky.com and signing in. Then go to www.sky.com/activate and see if that works.

If this does not work will there be a support line available after 9pm?  This is really poor customer Service and not everyone is as techincal as sky engineers.....

see What's happening we my services my upstairs puck is working now but was down last night  but my downstairs one isn't I'm payin 82 pound a month and I couldn't even watch football last night

Hi have you tried using the sky app to enter your email address to link it up that's how I done mine
