When at the pin stage and it fails.

 

Power off your puck, leave off for a few minutes and repower.

It will continue, follow the instructions.

This has worked for many having a pin issue

I'm a bit confused.  I thought a pick was so you could have sky in another room.  I don't have one so I'm not sure how to pair the remote thank you

i don't get to the pin stage can't get past link your account with a nymber to activate the puck

Anybody got any ideas. As going buy another  t v today amd watch e e t v box as waiting could be for ever.  I cancelled my subscription as only month left

Mine isn't working at all. I've tried to reset and even left it unplugged last night and tried a factory reset this morning. Still not working.

Another day of no sky stream. Discount please on next month's bill!? I've tryed everything to reboot my sky puck.
