Yeh I love sky and sky glass but got to have patience of a saint all the freezing and speech out of sync

I did the reset and got it working.
There is regular pixelation
Lipsync is wrong
Recordings freeze during playback
Have had to turn it off and back on a few times.
So, my normal service is back.

@KevNewMedia hi, I can't switch it on at the mains and hold the power buttons down at the same time. It's too far away. And I don't have anyone to help so this either. Is there another way please? Thank you

My two sets with Pucks both failed last night and now nearly 24 hours later the outage is still showing on sky.com. I really don't want to sit in my garden office and watch my Sky Glass TV.
What the hell is going on?

Tried the unplugging on the puck for 10 mins, tried the factory reset about 1.2billion times. Still not working. I also have not received a text from sky and also been on hold for 1.5hr...

Hi,
I am really confused by what is happening with our tv. Like others our glass tv won't switch on and we have tried following the steps but nothing is coming on and as engineers are still working how are the steps meant to help!
very frustrated that when we phone to ask about it you get a message telling you to follow the steps which don't help and the hang up on you!

How do you do a hard reset? I've tried the solution offered by Sky approximately 50 times throughout the day but that hasn't worked, in my account it still says there is an outage in my area - is there actually an outage that Sky have to fix meaning that however much I try to reset it is pointless until they cure the outage?

This isn't working for me. The red light's been flashing nearly an hour now. Have tried the reset 3 times.
