Is it worth doing a hard reset ? The sky glass has done a software update but still ends up with the activate page which say oops sorrry there's been an error

Try unplugging the puck for a couple of minutes and it should fix the PIN issue.

Is this on the browser when attempting to input the code? If you use Chrome Incognito it seems to help

someone in the Sky Hierarchy need to get off their butt, role their sleeves up & sort the debacle.  One thing for sure there will be no credit for NOT being able to use Streaming.  Near the end of our contract 1 thing is for sure we will be going elsewhere.  I have been bitten twice by Sky, there won't be a 3rd time!!!

Connected to puck but cant continue to finish rest of set up to watch shows

I reset my stream puck as tv wouldnt come on. Seems like a known issue today with puck streaming so high volume of calls, engineers working on it. However I have changed my sky contract from today too! So not sure if this is the problem or the known fault. When reconnecting puck after following instructions to power off , hold standby, turn back on wait for colours, my tv is now saying "You're connected, lets finish the rest of set up so you can start watching your favourite shows". There is a "continue" button to select but I cant select it. What do I do please? It seems like my remote isnt working, Ive changed the batteries and the volume button is working, but I cant select "continue" to proceed with set up. What do I do please?

Sky stream puck setup pin.

I've had to reset my sky stream puck and I was going through the setup process again and I reached the enter your pin stage after connecting your account. Now no matter how many times I enter the right pin or changed the pin and then entered it. It would say incorrect or more accurately it would not register the attempt as it was stuck on "Attempt 0 of 3." I've seen this problem mentioned many times before on here and it seems the only way to fix it is to contact sky. I tried and I was on hold for 1 hour so I've decided to write on here to see if there's any chance I could get this fixed here.

I've done reset and all TVs now stuck with access codes tee.ing you to link to accounts. The link does not work and tells you to contact Sky but judging thread does not seem worth it.  I now have no TV at all! Been off 24 hours now!

Puck not accepting pin

My 2nd sky puck has stopped working, won't accept the pin and won't go any further despite all correct info being put in
