The resolution to the PiN issue should be to just unplug the device for a couple of minutes and then plugging it back in.

My sky glass tv won’t turn on

My tv won't turn on. I have tried everything since yesterday. No answer from sky dunno what to do?

Sky glass

It's ridiculous my sky glass has been off from last night. I was waiting on the phone for 2 hours this morning trying to contact them when they finally answered I was told they didn't know if it would be fixed today. They said everyone who was affected was getting £5 credit from their next bill wow . They are a joke. Anyone know when it will be back on please

Sky Stream isnt working. Been holding on the phone for over an hour!!!!

I've tried the steps provided, they don't work.

Can somebody contact me please from @Skytech

Would suggest logging into your MySky  account first in your browser.

Hi all,

my Glass Tv will not connect to the broadband router or internet. It's been like this for almost 24hrs. I have tried unplugging it and restarting numerous times and nothing changes. I have tried calling sky but gave up as I was on hold for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Is anyone else having the same issues?

I've just had this. Seems the fault was an update from sky (not that they admitted it though). We were told to turn the power of at the mains but no need to unplug then hold the power button down on the TV and turn the power back on whilst keeping the finger on the power button. Wait for the LED light to flash (takes about 20 seconds) then let go of the power button  button and it should do a reset

Is everyone still having problems with their stream pucks. I've followed the steps to reset it which worked. Linked sky account worked but then tried to pop pin in and now blocked me from signing due to wrong pin (which it wasnt). I've been off since early last afternoon and still no luck

@MarkGoldsmith tried it, doesn't work for me and a lot of others too. It's not a fix-all solution, it's something on Sky's end.

 

Unfortunately it's going on way too long and Sky aren't giving much of an explanation.

No one from Sky Tech who you've tagged (BTW that is a customer id and no doubt will regret using such a tag), no one here has acccess to your account details, in any event the post marked as answer should help
