I've said it before and I'll say it again - there needs to be a big banner at the top of the 'New Discussion' page that states this is a customer to customer forum, not a Sky customer service forum - you're not talking to Sky.

 

If your product (in this case a forum) is causing confusion, something is wrong with how you've implemented it. 

As many others have already said - see the answer in post 3 for details of getting a replacement remote. Also, there's always plenty to be found on eBay. 


The problem is, even if there was a bright colour banner on the page or something similar, a significant percentage of people still wouldn't read it.
