sky glass order

Hi folks, Sky lately has got me so furious, I have been a Sky customer for yrs, with sky tv, sky mobile and sky broadband, and just few days ago I decided to order sky glass air Large, getting all mixed messages and still not received my order, using chat assistance which is completely **bleep** and contacting them by phone is even worse,  first thing was delivery team contacted by email saying good news your order will be there 23rd April 2026 then when i hit tracking it said Sky had cancelled the order, Sky comfirmed they had not, but sky text messages say they did, spoke with 4 different woman from sky over this time and I keep getting told to wait so many days, never here anything back, on my account it was now saying Sky Glass order was delayed, now theres nothing except the packaging to return my Sky Q, but I aint recieved the Sky Glass yet, I am so furious and cant get speaking to anyone with a brain, I spend on my subscriptions over £80 a month and this is the way a long term customer gets treated

Sounds like a very frustrating situation. It may be worth lodging a formal complaint if you feel that things aren't getting resolved to your satisfaction:

ye I have and eventually it's all sorted new order being delivered on Monday so fingers crossed, thanks for replying
