Sky Glass, using Playlist to watch back sport on Sky, comes up with message 'Please wait for your programme to load' and it never does, or 'There is a technical fault with this programme, try again later'. I have rebooted, to no affect. Any suggestions?

The problem seems to have righted itself. Problem was with stuff on Playlist from Sky Sports in early hours of Tuesday morning (tennis & NFL). Nothing adverse since, if happens again will get back in touch.

Hi - have you pulled the plus from the socket for a few minutes ? If this doesn't work please report back and I can escalate your post to the online sky community support team ....

Re: Problem with Playlist on Sky Glass
It will still act as a normal tv in so much as you can use apps and the hdmi sockets (same as a standard tv)
you won't get a tv EPG but adding a freeview player to one of the hdmi sockets would resolve this
not sure what more you would expect ?

Re: Problem with Playlist on Sky Glass
I had the same problem, I have a Deco mesh system with the County Broadband router in bridge mode, I was on the phone to Sky support for over an hour, with no joy, he suggested unplugging the main router for about 20 minutes, I did this then turned it all back on only to find I couldn't link the Deco system, I turned them all off for about a minute, turned them back on , hey presto I have WiFi again, I turned on the tv later on, and it all seems to be working fine now.
