Poor voice sound quality

We've had Sky Glass for around 18 months now and there's a persistent issue with the quality of the sound of voices, particularly on Netflix and Disney +.

The voices sound distorted - the besy way I can describe it is like how someone who has braces sound. 

Could there be a setting we've not got right that's causing this? Or is it just another let down of the Sky Glass TV offering?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I've noticed that since the recent update. Thought my hearing was going😂

Sky Glass 43” stand mount, Wi-fi, 1 puck, ethernet from Bt disc.

@LOwen19Have you checked in Settings>Picture and sound>Sound>Enhance speech quality. Toggle this setting to 'On' if it is currently set to 'Off'. It might help

No, just made it more prominent to be honest. I wonder if it is just me.
